HongJu’s customized auto pasteurization line
HongJu Machinery is the mechanical brand of HongQiao Packaging Company. HongJu’s horizontal pasteurization line adopts internationally advanced heat treatment technology and is applied to food, beverage, dairy and other industries. Through precise temperature control (up to 90°C for 30 minutes), it can kill harmful microorganisms in the product while retaining nutrients and original flavor to the greatest extent. The entire system supports full-process customization and can provide personalized solutions based on the product characteristics, production requirements and site conditions.

Configurations: Stenlization slot, room temperature cooling slot, low temperature cooling slot, air drying and air knife.
Production capacity: Set up by the output of the filing machine.
Sterilizing temperature: Up to 90°C, automatic temperature control.
Sterilizing time: 15-30 minutes, ensuring precise heat treatment for different products.
